There are some things you can do to prevent or reduce sperm cramps. For example, you can do this: 

– 1. Drink plenty of water to keep your urine and semen diluted and less irritating.

– 2. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods, and tobacco, which can increase swelling and pain.

– 3. Apply a warm compress or take a warm bath to relax your muscles and reduce discomfort.  

– 4. Take over-the-counter pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, to relieve pain.

– 5. Practice pelvic floor exercises like Kegels to strengthen your muscles and improve your blood flow.

– 6. Wear supportive underwear that can provide comfort and support to the scrotum and prevent excessive movement of the scrotum.
